Foreign and Belarussian students of Euphrosyne Polotskaya State University of Polotsk are continuing to get acquainted to national traditions and customs of Belarussian land.
Students from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Belarus visited an opening ceremony of the exhibition ‘Kashulka.By’. The exhibition takes place in Novopolotsk Centre for Crafts and Traditional Culture.
The visitors viewed the reconstruction of traditional folk costumes of the Vitebsk region of the late 19th - first half of the 20th century, and also performed as the contest jury and voted for the exhibits they liked.
At the time, Belarussian students of the Faculty of Information Technologies took part in master class for the production of textile souvenirs ‘Easter motifs’, where memorable gifts to relatives and friends were made with their own hands.
