In 2012, he graduated from Polotsk State University with Bachelor's degree in the specialty 1-25 01 07 «Economy and Enterprise Management» with the qualification of economist-manager.
Currently teaches the following disciplines:

- Social and Economic Statistics
He was awarded a diploma (in 2015) and an honorary diploma (in 2018) of Polotsk State University for effective methodological support of the educational process. In May 2018, he was awarded a commemorative badge of Polotsk State University for his contribution to patriotic education of youth. In 2019, he was awarded Gratitude prize, as well as a Diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

He defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Value Chains in the Fuel and Petrochemical Industry of the Republic of Belarus: Assessment and Integration Strategies". Some studies were done within the framework of scientific research works "Formation of a strategy for sustainable development of the Pridvin region on the basis of an innovative approach to the management of environmental and economic factors" (No. GR 1529, 2009-2011), "Formation of a regional development strategy and development of directions for its implementation in the conditions of transition to the knowledge economy and activation of post-crisis mechanisms for sustainable development of the region and business entities" (No. GR 20120373, 2011-2015), "Formation of points of economic growth as a basic economic strategy for the development of the region" (No. GR 20160278, 2016-2020), Grant of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus "Strategies for the integration of value chains in the fuel and petrochemical industry" (No. GR 20164060, 2016), grant of the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research "Stimulating balanced economic growth of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of designing effective value chains" (G19M-143, 2019-2021), etc.
He was awarded the first prize of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for his scientific research, entered into the register of talented youth of the Republic of Belarus, and also awarded the title of Laureate Award of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, awarded a Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Belarus to talented young scientists.
He is a member of the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of Polotsk State University, Head of the startup movement at Polotsk State University, a member of the Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship at the Novopolotsk City Executive Committee.
