Teaching activities

Graduated from Polotsk State University with a bachelor degree, then with a master degree in ‘Jurisprudence’. Graduated from Belarusian State University with a degree in ‘Constitutional Law; Constitutional Process; Municipal Law’.
He did internships at Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania); at the Catholic University of Lyon (Lyon, France), as well as at Belarusian universities.
Combines teaching and research activities with the work of a legal adviser in a commercial organization.

Public activity

He is the head of the Student Legal Aid Service of Polotsk State University. A ‘pro bono’ project to provide information and legal assistance to citizens.
Participated in the organization and implementation of a number of international human rights projects: the project on legal assistance to women in socially vulnerable situations, ‘Women in Law’ 2018 (implemented by the Student Legal Aid Service of Polotsk State University with financial support from the US Embassy in the Republic of Belarus); legal research ‘The Right of Youth to Manage State Affairs and the Society’ 2019 (implemented by a number of Belarusian universities with financial and scientific support from the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (Lund, Sweden).
