Why PSU?
This course is for international students who want to improve their foreign language skills and become a teacher. Students study Russian as a major language and English as a minor one. The program offers a wide range of practical and theoretical training to prepare future specialists for a teaching career. The specialty offers step-by-step instruction that immerses students in the four key language components: reading, listening, speaking and writing.
To make the guests of our country feel comfortable, the Department of Slavonic Philology created the Russian Speaking Club GURU and a students’ voluntary movement “My Belarusian Guide”. We will help international students to adapt quickly to new ways of living in a completely unfamiliar country, brake language and psychological barriers and improve their Russian language skills.
After completing the course, students will gain such skills as foreign language skills (Russian and English), methods of teaching a foreign language, management skills in the field of education.
