About the program
The curriculum of the programme presupposes both engineering disciplines (building materials, architecture, technology of building manufacturing, metal constructions, iron and concrete constructions, plastic and wooden constructions) and economic and managerial disciplines (economy of building, management of real estate, the valuation of the objects of real estate, finances, money circulation and mortgage, cadastre and land property estimation, accounting and taxation).
The graduates who got education in the sphere of expertise, valuation, and management of real estate can work at State and local institutes of real estate management; at the agencies of valuation and buying (selling) real estate agencies including ground areas; at different enterprises, banks, insurance companies and funds where real estate comprises a great part of capital; at investment and building organizations that deal with building, exploitation, and restoring the objects of real estate, and other institutions.
