On May 23 the opening of the Colorful Umbrellas Festival “Parason-Fest” was held in Polotsk College. For the 2nd time hundreds of umbrellas being hung over the courtyard made Polotsk College a fabulous place. Last year, the Colorful Umbrella Art installation was one of the key events dedicated to the 50th anniversary of PSU.
