On October, 2015 the opening of the new educational class of the Centre of preschool childhood and innovation developmental techniques «UNIVERik» took place at Polotsk State University.
The representatives of the university administration, staff, «UNIVERik» administration and the students of the faculty of Physical Training Education attended the solemn opening ceremony.
The Pro-rector of Education Denis Duk warmly greeted all the guests and congratulated them with a realization of one more part of the large-scale project – the opening of the new class for preschool teaching. Denis Vladimirovich personally thanked all the departments and services, and also the students of the faculty of Physical Training Education who rendered invaluable help and took an active part in the preparation of the new working place.
The honorable right to cut the ribbon was traditionally given to Pro-Rector of Maintenance Vladimir Strizhak.
At the end of the solemn part of the event the head of the Centre of preschool childhood and innovation developmental techniques «UNIVERik» - Sergey Zavistovsky gave all the guests a cordial welcome and invited them to become familiar with interiors of the new room in which young pupils can get creative knowledge: the English language, chess, choreography, fine and dramatic arts.
The participants of the event were amazed by the cozy, bright and perfectly furnished room, which is fully provided with modern equipment, sport stock and soft toys. The teachers of the centre «UNIVERik» prepared the necessary didactic material for each age group.
The students of the faculty of Physical Training Education produced miniature easels for the new decorative studio. Excellently decorated stage is looking forward to bright theatrical performances made by little friends who can make glad their first spectators in the nearest future.
The centre preschool childhood is represented by highly skilled specialists in the sphere of preschool education of Polotsk State University, teachers of different departments. For students of the speciality «Applied psychology» and «Preschool education» this is a unique possibility to train their theoretical skills in practice and gain necessary experience during the work with preschoolers.
At the end of the whole event some guests shared their impressions and expressed their wishes connected with modernization of the centre activity. Denis Duk said that «UNIVERik» project has fully proved its value. And the university administration has some plans to develop a program aimed at the opening of an elite school with multifield education where talented children can show their potential and realize their possibilities.
