Background information
Complex research department of PIRS provides services in construction survey of residential, public and industrial buildings on the whole territory of the Republic of Belarus. The survey results are formed as an engineering report that contains the following:
- results of measuring works for distinguishing their geometric features;
- distinguishing physical and mechanical construction features by a nondestructive control method;
- technical state investigation of bearing structures, search, identifying and photofixation of defects and damages;
- analysis of obtained results;
- checking estimation of bearing constructions on design loads operation, taking into account an actual technical state;
- conclusion about actual technical state of investigating constructions and recommendations (technical decisions) concerning the renovation of construction maintainability.
Investigation works of constructions and buildings are fulfilled according to the following terms:
- distinguishing building operability;
- wear distinguishing;
- certification;
- utilization issues;
- design of maintenance, reconstruction, modernization and restoration;
- renewal of construction mothballing objects;
- changes of loads and effects;
- modifications of operation conditions.
Such works are carried out by the experienced skilled staff using necessary resource-and-technical base.
With the participation of complex research department the research works are also held at the following objects:
- JSC "Naftan";
- "Polymir" enterprise of JSC "Naftan";
- JSC "Polotsk-Steklovolokno";
- JSC "Vityaz";
- JSC "Vitebsk plant of electric-measuring instruments";
- and others.
Complex research department staff takes an active part in design and research works. Among the most significant objects in the Republic of Belarus there are the following:
- the National library of the Republic of Belarus;
- the underground trade centre with a parking area "Stolitsa";
- the summer amphitheatre in Vitebsk;
- multifunctional cultural and sports complex "Minsk-Arena" and others.
Facilities
Development of before-project documentation.
Development of new construction projects, reconstruction, modernization and technical re-equipment, including:
- production buildings;
- public and multifunctional buildings;
- residential buildings including cottages;
- petrol stations, car wash stations, parking bays;
- special constructions;
- inner and exterior networks of designed objects;
- general layout, improvement, relief organization, traffic organization.
Design documentation is developed for all units, including:
- estimates for construction credit;
- environmental protection, ecological project certificate;
- development of engineering acts of civil defense and acts for emergency cases prevention;
- fire-prevention acts;
- labour safety.
Carrying out all package of works for networks design (gas, water, heating, sewerage, electricity), including research works (investigation, geodesy, geology).
Project maintenance in expertise; field supervision during construction.
