The education is aimed at training highly qualified teaching staff in the field of physical training. Such specialists will be in demand not only as teachers, but also as managers, instructors, teachers of additional education.
The education of students includes general scientific and pedagogical training; mastering the conceptual apparatus of science and methodology; general training in biomedical sciences; special theoretical and methodological training in scientific disciplines directly related to the study of the principles of physical education and sports.
Students will gain in-depth knowledge of the basics of physical training with a wellness orientation and the theoretical foundations of physical training and sports. They will become highly qualified specialists in the field of physical training and recreation and mass sports activities, possessing innovative technologies in the field of physical training and sports with formed general cultural and professional competencies.

Professional activity
Specialist in the field of physical culture:
- plans, organizes and carries out physical education of students taking into account age, gender, physical fitness, individual psychophysical characteristics of the state of health of pupils in educational institutions, other organizations and individual entrepreneurs who, in accordance with the legislation, are granted the right to carry out educational activities
- provides monitoring of the development and physical condition of pupils
- plans, organizes and conducts physical culture and recreation and mass sports events with students in educational institutions, special educational, medical and educational institutions of education
- provides healthy and safe conditions during physical training and wellness classes, events and selected sports
- organizes consultations and provides assistance to students and employees on the methodology of teaching motor skills, physical training and sports
- organizes the training of teams of students and ensures their participation in sports competitions and physical training and recreation events of various levels
