From 1970 to 1975 – Novopolotsk branch of Technical Inventory Bureau, Novopolotsk Polytechnic Institute, student.

From 1975 till present – Novopolotsk Polytechnic Institute, Polotsk State University, Assistant, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Full-Professor, Head of the Department.

From 1976 to 1977 – service in the Soviet Army

From 1978 to 1982 – Belarusian Polytechnic Institute, External Postgraduate Student.

1983 – PhD in Engnineering. 1985 – academic title of Associate Professor.

2003 – Doctor in Engineering. 2010 – academic title of Full-Professor.

From 1983 to 1988 – Novopolotsk Polytechnic Institute, Party Committee Secretary.

From 1988 to 2005 – Associate Professor at Mechanical Enineering Techniques Department

From 2006 till present – Head of of Technology and Equipment of Machine-Building industry Department
