Electrophysics, electrophysical devices is a field of science and engineering aimed at the research of physical regularities of origination and spreading in different environment of charged particles, electromagnetic fields, ultrasound and mechanisms of their interconnection with physical bodies, substances; development and creation of new methods and principles of electrophysical phenomena usage in devices for realization of electronic, ion-beam, plasma, laser, ultrasound and microwave technologies.
