Tubular liquids cooling installation with pipeline cleaning system

It is designed for cooling liquids, such as milk, alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, technical oils, and other liquids.

Competitive advantages

  • reduced cooling time due to the processing of the product in a thin layer
  • increased thermal convection of a cooled liquid by ensuring flow turbulence and increased cooling surface area
  • the possibility of high-quality self-cleaning of pipelines due to high fluid flow rates
  • resistance to overpressure
  • reduction of heat power resources by 2 times
  • the reliability and simplicity of the design facilitates its operation and repair
  • low cost (3-5 times lower compared to foreign analogues)

Design features

The design is a tubular heat exchanger namely: a set of pipes of different diameters with thread rolling There are no special rubber seals in the design. Thread rolling allows to strengthen pipes, turbulize liquid, organize its helical line movement. High fluid speeds cause the cooler to self-clean and no additional filters are required for its operation.

Main features

  • Performance 2500–6000 l / hour
  • Cooled product inlet temperature - 36 °С, end temperature - 4–6 °С

Application

The pilot production process is set.

Suggestions

The design and manufacture of the installation is applicable at customer's conditions
