Biography

In 1988, she graduated from Vitebsk State Pedagogical Institute named after P.M. Masherov, and Belarusian State Pedagogical Institute named after M. Tank in 1992.
From 1988 to 1992 she was working as a primary school teacher, and then, from 1992 to 1996 as a psychologist at Polotsk Secondary School No. 8. Since 1996 she has been working at Polotsk State University.
In 2000, she successfully completed postgraduate studies in the specialty "Social Psychology" at the Department of Social Psychology of BSPU named after M. Tank (supervisor - Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor L. Finkevich). In 2002, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: "The relationship of personal anxiety and socio-psychological characteristics of teenagers".
In 2012, she completed the Doctoral degree programme in the specialty “General Psychology” at the Department of Psychology of BSU (scientific adviser - Head of the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of BSU, Doctor of Psychology, Professor I.Furmanov). In 2017, she defended her doctoral dissertation in the Belarusian State University on the topic: "Structure and typology of Emotional Intelligence". In 2018, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Psychological Sciences.
Since 2017 she has been a member, and currently a chairman, of the editorial board of the journal "Вестник Полоцкого государственного университета" ("Pedagogical Sciences").
A member of the Council for the defense of dissertations d.02.01.19 at the Belarusian State University.

Social esteem

She was awarded the diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Belarus for high-quality management of scientific research of students (1997, 1999), Honorary Diploma of Polotsk State University (2008), commemorative badge of Polotsk State University for contribution to patriotic education of youth (2012), badge of Polotsk State University (2013), diploma of the Ministry of Education (2017), gratitude of the President of the Republic of Belarus (2017).
She was a finalist in the nomination "Teacher of the Year" of the special prize “Крыніца ведаў” (2012) and the winner in this nomination in 2017.
