Teaching activities

In 1976, Nikolay Antipin graduated from Francysk Skaryna Gomel State University (Faculty of Physical Education).
In 1978, he worked as a Lecturer, and since 1987 as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Physical Education of Novopolotsk Polytechnic Institute.
In 2000-2012, N. Antipin was the Head of the Department of Physical Education At Polotsk State University. Moreover, he was awarded a badge of PSU for the patriotic education of youth. In 2008 he finished his doctoral studies at Belarusian State University of Physical Culture.
Since 2016, he has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Physical Education and Sports. Besides, N. Antipin supervises diploma papers. Furthermore, there are 12 master theses prepared and defended under his supervision.
Currently teaches the following disciplines:
  • Theory and Methods of Physical Training
  • Skiing and Teaching Methods
  • Physical Education
  • Master’s Degree Disciplines

Scientific interests

  • Continuous professionally-oriented physical training in the system “school-university-enterprise”;
  • Optimization of health protection and physical preparation using e-learning tools.

In 1997, Nikolay Antipin defended his PhD thesis “Rehabilitation After Work and Professional and Applied Physical Education of PC Operators”, and in 2001 he was awarded a rank of an Associate Professor.
