Teaching activities
In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Radio Engineering of Polotsk State University. From 1997 to 2000, he was a student of postgraduate programme of Polotsk State University. In 2002, at The Institute of Technical Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, he defended his PhD thesis in the specialty System Analysis, Management and Information Processing. In 2006, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor. In 2022, he defended his doctoral dissertation at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, specialty ‘System Analysis, Management and Information Processing’.
Since 1998 he has been working as a lecturer at Polotsk State University. In 2007, he became the head of the department.

Social esteem
- In 2000, he was awarded the diploma of the Vitebsk Regional Society of Inventors and Innovators for the first place in the regional competition among young inventors
- Award winner of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee for Talented Young Scientists and Specialists in 2007
- He was awarded diplomas of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus in 2008 and 2010, and an honorary diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus in 2013.
- He was awarded a diploma from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus for his personal contribution to science and in connection with Belarusian Science Day in 2018.
- He was awarded the badge of the Ministry of Education in 2022.

His visiting positions were: Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece (2013); Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia (2013); Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Lithuania (2015); Brunel University London, United Kingdom (2015), Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, Seoul (2015).
