Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Belarusian State University. Defended a PhD dissertation on the topic "Legal Regulation of Oil and Petroleum Product Transportation by Pipeline."
Teaching is based on extensive practical experience as a corporate lawyer. The foundation of the educational material and classes consists of practical materials from law enforcement practice. Adviser in science for students competing at the national and international levels.
For many years, he headed the Department of Civil Law at Polotsk State University.
