Teaching activities
Alexander was born in 1991 in Novopolotsk. In 2014, he successfully graduated from PSU with honours having specialized in “History”. The same year he was qualified as a lawyer with the specialization in “Jurisprudence”. In 2014-2015, he took a Master’s course at PSU. In 2015-2018 he took a postgraduate course at Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov and at the same time from 2016 till 2019 he studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus having specialized in “State Administration and Law” with the qualification of a lawyer.
On March 6, 2019, Republic of Belarus Higher Attestation Committee Presidium approved the decision of the thesis defense council and awarded A. Ogorodnikov an academic degree of PhD in History specializing in “Native History”.
