Teaching activities

In 1987, he graduated from the Azerbaijan People’s Economy Institute (Azerbaijan State University of Economics) with a degree in "Finance and Credit". He is a PhD in Economics (USSR) in specialty "Finance, Monetary Circulation, and Credit". He holds a Doctor of Economic Sciences from the Russian Federation and holds the academic title of Professor. He is also a Doctor of Economic Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a Professor.
From 2005 to the present, he has been a Professor at the Department of Finance and Financial Institutions of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. Since 2015, he has also held the position of Professor at the Department of Economics and Finance of the St. Petersburg Branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
He has been teaching at Polotsk State University since 2017.
He currently teaches the following disciplines:
