Teaching activities

Viktor Yushchenko graduated from Tselinograd Engineering and Technical Institute specializing in “Water Supply and Sanitary Piping” and then finished his postgraduate studies at Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute in the same specialty. In 1976, V. Yushchenko defended his PhD thesis for an academic degree PhD in Engineering.
He has been working at Polotsk State University since 1978. In 1991-1995, he was the Dean at the Sanitary Engineering Faculty.
Victor Yushchenko also holds the position of lead specialist in the scientific department of the unitary enterprise "Vitebskvodokanal", where he conducts scientific research and provides consultations in the field of natural and wastewater treatment. This practical experience allows him to consistently establish a clear connection between theory and practice while teaching students, both in lectures and during practical classes.
Currently teaches the following disciplines:
  • Water supply for industrial enterprises

Scientific interests

The main research direction is natural water purification and wastewater treatment.
He has 5 patents on inventions. He is the supervisor of master's students.
