The Preparatory Department of PSU provides international students with a unique opportunity to study a foreign language, learn more about the Belarusian culture and visit as many of the country’s sites and attractions as possible with fun, and enter university afterwards.
For 10 months the listeners combined lectures with practice in real conditions. Olga Mikhalevich, Head of the Preparatory Department, and teachers Natalia Adamovich and Lyudmila Urban help the students to quickly adapt to a new county. In its turn, Tourism Centre at PSU offers practice-oriented trips around Belarus.
On November 26, the students went on a fascinating trip to Minsk, the capital of the Republic of Belarus. Nemo Dolphinarium and Zoo left the most lasting impression in the mind of the students. After that they mastered Russian speaking skills and discussed such topics as ‘Shopping’ and ‘In a Café’.
Regular practice is the best way to study a language fast.
