On March 15 at the hall of hostel № 3 there took place a literary and musical evening «Chopin – the Poet of the Piano».
In the assembly hall there was organized a presentation by the students of music school. After the presentation all guests could admire all loved and well-known waltzes, nocturnes and mazurkas created by the great composer.
Being not only a brilliant creator, but also an excellent tutor, Chopin gave his music a great educational value. His music can be appreciated to the full value only by people able to think and feel similar way as Chopin did.
In the final part of the meeting the guests admired a brilliant play of Elena Vasilyeva, the director of a music enthusiasts club «Evterpa».
