On February 17, 2012, in the City House of Culture the evening in honor of winners of urban competition “Work! Glory! Honor!” was held. Maxim Evsukov, a student of Polotsk State University, Faculty of Physical Training Education, 4th Academic year was handed over the Gratitude Letter from the Chairperson of City Executive Committee Natalia Kochanova for his active citizen position and the significant contribution to the benefit of the city and its inhabitants.
