The event was attended by the speakers of both parliamentary chambers, along with representatives from the governments, ministries, and state agencies of both countries, as well as higher education institutions and the business community. The Belarusian delegation was led by Natalya Kochanova, Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
During the session dedicated to the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Belarus in the humanitarian and social spheres, Rector Yury Ramanouski delivered a presentation on promising areas for the joint training of engineering professionals for both countries.
During the visit, leaders of local government authorities from both countries held a business meeting and toured an exhibition showcasing products from Uzbek and Belarusian enterprises. The joint Belarusian petrochemical stand, operating under the Made in Belarus brand, showcased products from Belshina, Mogilevkhimvolokno, Polotsk-Steklovolokno, Naftan, and Lakokrasca.

Following the Fourth Uzbek-Belarusian Interparliamentary Forum, the Khiva Declaration was adopted.
