Friendship Evening "We are strong when we are together!"

In 1995, Turkmenistan proclaimed its Neutrality, marking the beginning of a new chapter in its history. This declaration enabled the republic to strengthen its position, achieve significant developmental milestones, and fulfill long-held aspirations for freedom. The Turkmen people began to cultivate their culture, language, religion, and traditions.

On the Day of Neutrality of Turkmenistan, a friendship evening "We Are Strong When We Are Together!" was held at dormitory No. 4 of Euphrosyne Polotskaya State University of Polotsk.

Students from Turkmenistan showed their heritage by reciting poems and singing songs dedicated to their homeland, performing traditional national dances, and educating the attendees about the customs of their country.

Yakup Anayev delivered a presentation on the history of Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, while others performed the "Dance of Fire" a national symbol representative of all festive occasions.

The students presented folk dances that reflect the beauty of Turkmen traditions.

Eziz Arazmadov recited the poem "Turkmenia" and the concert host Ybraim Ataev performed Alexander Pushkin's work "The Village".

Friendship evenings bring together many wonderful talents. Law student Angelina Murashkevich prepared a musical gift and performed the composition "Father's House."

A true friendship has developed between Belarusian and Turkmen students. They study together, live in dormitories, communicate, and share their successes.

At the conclusion of the evening, Kakageldi Chashembaev sing a heartfelt song expressing his affection for his homeland in his native language. All attendees participated in the performance, offering their support by joining in.
