In March 2017, teachers and university staff of Polotsk State University visited the University College of Teacher Education UCTE Carinthia, Viktor Frankl University College UC (Klagenfurt, Austria). Annually the University College gathers colleagues and partners from Europe for discussion of international cooperation, sharing experience and establishing partner contacts.
Within the International education week the exhibition-presentation of universities also was held. The participants had an opportunity to get acquainted with peculiarities of education system and university life of Finland, Albania, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, Paraguay and Austria; visited colleagues’ master classes from Finland and Austria, talked to students from Ukraine, Turkey, Finland, Poland, Chile, Croatia and Spain who study at the University College of Teacher Education within student exchange programme Erasmus+.
The result of the visit was the Agreement between Polotsk State University and University College of Teacher Education UCTE Carinthia, Viktor Frankl University College UC. According to it the first students of our university can go for an internship to Austria this autumn.
