On June 2-3, 2011 at Polotsk State University there took place the International Scientific Conference ‘Accounting, analysis and control enhancement as a way of Information supply of stable economic development’.
More than 100 scientists from seven countries (Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Lithuania, Italy, Belarus and France) took part in the Conference. The Department of Business accounting and audit of Polotsk State University was its organizer. Leading scientists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Smolensk, Vilnius, Zhitomir, Kharkov, Kyiv, Minsk, Gomel, Polotsk, Novopolotsk, and other cities presented their research in the field of business accounting and audit.
Main issued touched upon:
- contemporary International and National problems in business accounting, analysis and control;
- historical aspects of business accounting development, an their influence upon modern theories;
- approaches to the principles of interdisciplinary synthesis introduction into modern research;
- modern problems of Informational basis development for stable economic development insurance.
The Conference took place in the ancient building of PSU in Polotsk. Except for scientific presentations and their discussion, the participants could have an excursion round places of interest in Polotsk and Novopolotsk.
