The class was held by Galina Akutionok, a master of folk crafts. That evening the guests made with their own hands a doll Zdravnica. Galina introduced the guests to the history of traditional rag dolls. She told them that the folk doll cultivates love for labor, helps to remember the historical and cultural past of their people, to preserve the family values. She introduced the variety of rag dolls: twist dolls, charm dolls, game dolls. The main feature of the doll is that it is made without the needle and scissors. Creativity with their own hands is an interesting and exciting process.
Participants made crafts getting acquainted with each other and told what they can do with their hands, what kind of creative work they like to do in their leisure time, and what other handicrafts they would like to learn.
