The club of esthetic development “Oriflamma” and the Student activists of Hostel N1 of Polotsk State University organized an evening dedicated to tea ceremonies.
The meeting was held in the form of a round table in warm and relaxed atmosphere. The organizer Nadezhda Soveyko introduced to public the movie “The Chinese tea ceremony”.
The head of the club “Oriflamma” Olga Pavlova told about the history of tea ceremonies. Students shared their favorite recipes and methods of brewing tea and information about the herbs brewed by our grandfathers and grandmothers in Belarusian villages.
Karina Kremenya spoke about the beneficial properties of ginger and held a small master-class technology of brewing tea.
At the end of the evening a tea party was arranged. Participants drank an exclusive tea, brewed from Nadezhda Soveyko’s collection of Belarusian herbs.
