During the meeting both sides discussed the following issues:

  • Agreement about international cooperation between Polotsk State University and BA School of Business and Finance within the international academic projects / programmes;
  • Participation of Polotsk State University in Annual Belarusian-Latvian Business-Forum which is traditionally held in Riga;
  • Joint scientific and practical journal with high impact factor;
  • Development of joint programmes, exchange of students and teachers within education, research programmes and projects.

The important topic of the meeting was discussion of cooperation possibilities and development of projects within the European Commission programme in the field of higher education Erasmus+ and the EU Programme for Research and Innovation for 2014-2020 Horizon 2020.
