On April 11, 2013, in the assembly hall of Polotsk State University there took place a gala concert dedicated to Birthday of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology. It was held under the slogan “The show must go on”.
For the first time at PSU stage the Dean of the Faculty Pavel Kovalenko performed as a compere. The Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering Valid Khalil and Engineering Technology Faculty student Denis Serzhenko joined the Dean. And it was not the only surprise prepared by organizers for reputable public.
Spectators had unique opportunity to visit “Valid Khalil’s house” becoming witnesses of how lecturers spent their free time, got acquainted with Valid Khalil’s wife whose role Denis Serzhenko played. Then PSU scene turned to a set for shooting popular TV show “The Weakest Link”. Nikolay Rozum, Elena Safronova, Kristina Kislova, Irina Shulga, dancing studio “TORYDANCE”, KVN team “Podkabluchniki” performed in the concert.
The concert program finished with the final song. All participants of the concert came on the scene.
