Our whole life consists of different periods: when the one ends, the other one starts. At the beginning of summer thousands of young people of our country turn over the last page of the most fascinating chapter of their biography – student life. Now it’s time to say good-bye to native alma mater for graduates of Polotsk State University.
In 2015 more than 1100 graduates of full-time study got their diplomas of higher education.
In spite of the difficult situation at the labour market, 100% of graduates got their working places.
This year the most popular specialities are the following:
- Chemical Technology of Natural Energy Carriers and Carbonic Materials;
- Equipment for the Chemical Industry and Enterprises of Construction Materials;
- Power Supply; • Radio Engineering;
- Modeling and Computer Design of Radio-electronic Devices;
- Industrial Electronics;
- Software Support of Information Technologies;
- Information Security;
- Foreign Languages.
The organizations and establishments from different Belarusian cities were interested in our specialists.
The first level of higher education is over. New educational opportunities are opened for many graduates of PSU. Master course is the second level of higher education which forms knowledge and skills of scientific and teaching work, research activities and ensures getting Master degree.
Today Polotsk State University provides 23 Master courses in the following fields: technical, economic, historic, philological, pedagogic, law. Undergraduates have an opportunity to have an internship at universities of European Union.
All the graduates of Polotsk State University will always remember this period because it is full of many exciting events and nice experience, crucial meetings and new friends. We hope that PSU will be a springboard for new professional and scientific achievements, but also a foundation for personal success and well-being of strong and prosperous Belarus!
