On April 28, 2011 the work of the International Conference ‘National and European Dimension in Research’ came to its final stage. More than 120 PSU students took part in the Conference, to say nothing of the students and after-graduates from Belarusian High Schools and guests from Russia, Latvia and Poland.
The participants presented their research in seven workshops:
- Linguistics, Literature and Philology
- Education, Social Studies, Law
- History, Cultural Studies, Tourism, Sports
- Economics
- Architecture and Civil Engineering
- Machine-Building, Technology, Geodesy
- ICT, Electronics, Programming
The guests and the participants marked the high level of the Conference in their interviews for PSU television and newspaper. No doubt that the English language opens the new horizons for young researchers, and such Conferences are badly needed not only in PSU but in other Universities of Belarus.
