The event was also attended by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Yurij Golubev and the head of the International Office Olga Zhuravskaia.
Currently, Euphrosyne Polotskaya State University of Polotsk has cooperation agreements with educational and scientific institutions of Uzbekistan. More than 400 people study in the framework of joint educational programmes and joint faculties.

Representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a discussion about own security measures, the necessity to comply with the legal system of the Republic of Belarus and the importance of achieving high academic results.

The students took the opportunity to ask the questions. Azimjon Abdullayev and Khazhiakbar Vakhabov expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation between higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Belarus and thanked the university for the opportunity to discuss important issues with students from the Republic of Uzbekistan.
