«I’ve just arrived to Polotsk, that’s why I’ve only seen your university. I had a very interesting excursion, and I have to say that you are very proud of your historical roots that I like very much. Of course we have something in common. We know that earlier we had more contacts. Thus, I’m very glad to be here. There are people at PSU, who study Swedish and also evaluate culture and traditions of my country.
Unfortunately I can’t say when it is possible to come here again because Vitebsk region is the first within my official visit around the Republic of Belarus. But nevertheless, it has a very special meaning».
