World AIDS Day is held on December, 1 each year and it is an opportunity to draw people’s attention to the problem. “Stay on the line of life” is the motto of the World AIDS Day this year. Some of the activities dedicated World AIDS Day were held at Polotsk State University.
On December 2, 2013, a joint action with the Students’ Trade Union and the Red Cross was held. Its main idea was to draw youth attention to the problem of AIDS, as well as increasing their awareness. Students answered the questions of HIV/AIDS, and for this participants received contraceptive and red ribbons.
The socio-pedagogical and psychological service of the Department of educational work prepared and held a number of activities in this direction in PSU hostels.
