Terms of participation
Participation in the conference is open to researchers, educators, managers, practitioners, specialists, doctoral candidates, graduate students, and undergraduate students in engineering and technical fields who submit applications for participation and provide presentation materials by October 23, 2026

Forms of participation in the conference
In-Person – Presenting a report in person or on the Google Meet platform, along with publication of the article in the electronic collections.
Remote – Participation in the conference without a presentation, with publication of the article in the electronic collections.

Submission procedure
The presentation materials must be submitted in MS Word format with the extension ".docx" and attached to the registration form.
File names should be labeled according to the participant's (presenter's) last name and the conference section,
for example – Ivanov_section1.docx.
Attention! The submitted material must be thoroughly edited.
Materials that do not meet the requirements, are unrelated to the conference theme, or are submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The submitted materials will undergo mandatory scientific review by members of the Programme Committee. The organizing committee also reserves the right to select proposed presentations for inclusion in the conference programme and for publication.
Materials from students and master's candidates may only be submitted in collaboration with a scientific supervisor.
After the conference, participants will receive an electronic collection of materials. This collection will be placed in the electronic library of Euphrosyne Polotskaya state university of Polotsk, in the scientific electronic library elibrary.ru and registered in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).
The best presentation materials selected by the members of the Programme Committee will be recommended for publication in the scientific journal “Vestnik of Polotsk State University”.
