The conference will be held in a hybrid format, both in-person and via Google Meet. The meeting link will be sent to registered participants shortly before the event.
Terms of participation
Submission procedure
To participate in the conference, please complete the following steps by 25 October 2026:
- Complete the online registration form via the provided link.
- Submit your conference paper and the Anti-Plagiarism report (or certificate) via email to . Please name your files as follows: the paper as "Surname_Section4" and the report as "Surname_AntiPlagiarism".
Submissions for Section 5 must be co-authored with the applicant's academic supervisor.
Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of all citations, statistical data, and other information included in their submissions.
The Organising Committee will review and select all submitted materials. Papers that do not align with the conference theme, lack relevance or scientific rigour, fail to meet formatting requirements, or are submitted after the deadline will be rejected. Such papers will not be included in the conference proceedings and will not be returned to the authors. The originality rate of the paper must be at least 60%, as confirmed by an Anti-Plagiarism report (or certificate). The use of AI tools in the text of the academic paper is strictly prohibited. The Anti-Plagiarism report (or certificate) must be submitted electronically by the author along with the paper to the email address: .
Formatting requirements
The volume of materials should be 3-5 pages in A4 format. The text should be typed in Microsoft Word and formatted according to the provided sample.
For materials in English, a title and a brief abstract (no more than 100 words) in Russian must be included.
Conditions
The conference proceedings will be made available in the electronic library of Euphrosyne Polotskaya State University of Polotsk and the eLibrary.ru scientific electronic library, and will be indexed in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) database.For any inquiries, please contact the Organising Committee at .
