Registration procedure
To participate in the conference, it is necessary to fill out an electronic registration form and send the article by e-mail to the address by May 8, 2026. The file name should contain the author's last name and initials. The file should be saved in “doc” format (for example, Ivanov I.I.doc).
Articles authored by graduate students and candidates for academic degrees are eligible for publication upon receipt of a recommendation from their academic advisor (a scanned copy must be sent along with the publication file).
Authors are allowed to submit no more than one article (including co-authored works).
The authors of the submitted materials are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the facts, quotes, statistical data, names, geographical locations, and other information presented, as well as for the content of materials that are not subject to public disclosure.
The editorial board reserves the right to select the submitted articles. The conference programme will not include, publish, or return materials that do not meet the conference's thematic relevance, current significance, and scientific standards; they will also not be accepted if they do not follow formatting guidelines or are submitted after the deadline.
Requirements for material formatting
The article should be written on a relevant topic and contain scientific research on the issues of the conference.
The volume of the article is at least 10,000 characters, including spaces between words, punctuation marks, numbers, etc. Language of the materials – Russian, editor Microsoft Word, font Times New Roman, line spacing – 1.5, style – Normal, no hyphenation, paragraph indent – 1.25 cm, margins: top, bottom, right – 2 cm, left – 3 cm.
The article must include the following structural elements:
1. UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) – on the first line.
Parameters: font size – 12 points, italic, left-aligned, without indentation.
2. Title of the article – after a single line spacing. The title should reflect the content of the publication and consist of no more than 10-12 words.
Parameters: font size – 14 points, bold, uppercase letters, without hyphenation or indentation, centered.
3. Initials and surname of the author(s) – after a single line spacing.
Parameters: font size – 14 points, bold, without indentation, centered.
4. Author Information – on the following line. This section should include the academic degree, academic title, position, name of the organization where the author works, and email address.
Parameters: font size – 12 points, italic, centered alignment, without indentation.
5. Abstract – after a single line spacing. The abstract should be informative, original, and substantive (reflecting the main content of the article and research results). It must include a description of the main topic, issues, object, research objectives, the value of the results, as well as the practical significance of the findings. The abstract should indicate what is new in this publication compared to other related works in terms of theme and purpose. The length of the abstract should be 3-5 sentences.
Parameters: font size – 12 points, regular typeface, justified alignment, with a first line indent (1.25 cm).
6. Keywords – on the following line. Keywords may consist of single words or phrases in the nominative case. The recommended number of keywords is 5–7, with no more than three words in each keyword phrase. Keywords should be separated by semicolons.
Parameters: font size – 12 points; the phrase "Keywords:" should be bold and italicized, while the keywords themselves should be in regular typeface; alignment – justified, with a first line indent (1.25 cm).
7. Information block (items 2-6) in English, in the same order.
8. Text of the publication – double-spaced.
Parameters: font size – 14 points, regular typeface, justified alignment, with a first line indent (1.25 cm).
The following components must be used uniformly in the text: quotation marks «»; em dash in the text and references [1, p. 33–35]; the words "article," "part," "item" are abbreviated as "art.," "part.," "item."; the date is written as "March 12, 2019"; initials are placed before the surname as "I. I. Ivanov"; numbers, city, pages, initials, and dates should not be separated onto a new line. Text alignment should be justified, and line breaks in the text should not be inserted.
References in the text are formatted in square brackets [2, p. 56], where the first number indicates the order of citation in the list of sources, and the second indicates the page number. The list of used sources is compiled in the order of citation.
9. The list of references is formatted according to the rules specified in GOST 7.32-2017 (System of Standards for Information, Library, and Publishing Activities).
The list of references should be appended at the end of the text and typed in Times New Roman font, size 12.
Normative legal acts are mentioned in the text, and references to them are not included in the bibliography. Literary sources should be formatted in accordance with existing standards for bibliographic description. Footnotes and headers are not permitted.
Materials that do not meet the specified requirements will not be accepted for publication and will not be returned to the author.
