- The methodology of land and land rent accounting which is aimed at the formation of information resource that is necessary for regulation of the activity for saving and effective use of land organizations as a part of the national resources of the Republic of Belarus.
- The theoretical explanation and creation of practical recommendations aimed at the development of accounting and audit methods of ecologic assets and obligations taking into account the shift to the development of the Republic of Belarus.
- The scientific explanation of theoretical points of accounting and audit of cooperative activity without legal entity, creation of complex method of deposit accounting.
- Development of theory and methods of development of theory and methods of implementation record of ready-made products which provide the methodological unity of proceeds and profit indicator formation taking into account their real money savings as main criterion of adequate valuation of financial situation of industrial organizations in modern conditions of managements.
