In the world of architecture, a person lives and acts daily. Each of us is familiar with architecture thanks to the outstanding achievements of great architects. The works of architecture represent both the material and the spiritual world at once, possessing qualities that are not peculiar to each part separately.
Architecture is science and art, process and result, idea and reality. Architecture formes the environment and depends on it; preserves the spirit of the time and creates a space for work and life here and now.
Students of the specialty Architecture learn to solve practical problems; create a materially organized environment for people's life, using modern technical capabilities, guided by social, aesthetic and artistic prerequisites for the formation of an object-spatial environment. The curriculum of this specialty provides the study of engineering and creative disciplines, participation in workshops and competitions, the implementation of architectural projects aimed at the development of the region.

- Development of a scheme for the complex organization of the territory
- Design of general and detailed planning of cities, rural settlements, adjacent territories
- Development of project documentation for construction
- Participation in regulatory actions for functioning and developing settlements and territories

- Creative application of new knowledge in professional activities, including the use of modern information technologies

- The demand for architectural specialists is caused by the active development of the modern construction market associated with the construction of civil and industrial buildings, residential private sector, reconstruction of structures and restoration of historical and architectural monuments.

- A modern architect works on projects using computer-aided design and innovative materials, deals with both space-planning solutions and the development of comfortable areas for work and recreation in the interiors and exteriors of buildings.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY
- Architectural design, development of space-planning and interior solutions
- Design and calculation of basic structures, development of plans, sections, facades and internal spaces of buildings
- Design of human settlement systems: cities, towns, ensembles of civil and industrial buildings
- Development of restoration projects for architectural monuments, interiors of buildings and rooms
- Maintenance of a construction design supervision
- Coordination of interaction of specialists of related professions in the project process
- Presentation of architectural designs, ideas and design solutions by means of oral and written speech, layout design, manual and computer graphics
TECHNOLOGIES OF EDUCATION
- During the first and second years of the specialty Architecture, a large block of general education disciplines is studied: an introduction to the profession takes place; specialized computer packages are mastered.
- At the senior courses, professional disciplines are taught, during the study of which students work on projects ordered by the real sector of the economy, as well as create creative works for exhibiting at national and international competitions and exhibitions.
- At classes, lecturers combine classical teaching methods (lectures, seminars, practical classes) with innovative ones (project method, master classes, workshops).
