Project content
Project objective:
- The project aims to make a significant contribution to solving the problem of youth unemployment in the Vilnius, Grodno, Minsk, and Vitebsk regions by creating an alternative method for developing youth entrepreneurship and self-employment potential through closer cooperation between educational and research institutions and the exchange of best practices.
Project tasks:
- Promotion of an innovative method for developing youth competencies
- Development of competencies and entrepreneurial skills among youth
- Development of practical skills among youth that meet the requirements of the labor market in the Vitebsk region
- Development of cooperation between educational and research institutions in the scientific field
Expected results:
- Implementation of the project methodology, which will ensure the promotion of innovative youth competencies
- Involvement of approximately 150 young people whose qualifications and entrepreneurial skills will meet the needs of the labor market in the Vitebsk region
- Cooperation between partners from the Vilnius, Grodno, Minsk, and Vitebsk regions in the fields of education and science, achieved through the creation of a jointly developed product
