Teaching activities
Teaching activities have been connected with Polotsk State University since 1990. In 1997, he defended his PhD thesis in the specialty ‘Physics of Semiconductors and Dielectrics’. In 2001, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.
He is a member of the Faculty of Computer Science and Electronics Council, a member of the editorial board of the journal ‘Vestnik PSU. Series C. Fundamental Sciences’. He has extensive experience working with gifted youth in the field of physics while preparing them for national and international competitions and Olympiads. A permanent jury member of the Republican stages of the Physics Olympiad.

- Study of the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Semiconductors, Dielectrics, Polymers and Structures based on them
Head of a number of research projects within the framework of state comprehensive research programmes: ‘Crystallophysics’ (2002-2005) and ‘Crystal and Molecular Structures’ (2006-2010 and 2011-2013). Under his leadership, research is being conducted in the field of materials science of semiconductors (Si, Ge, Si epitaxial layers, Si-Ge compounds, А3В5) and structures based on them (polymer-Si, SiO2/Si).

In 2001, he was awarded a scholarship by the President of the Republic of Belarus. In 2010, was awarded the diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
