The national food of Uzbekistan is so closely bound up with customs and traditions that you realise that there is no point in telling, it is worth seeing and, even better, tasting. This is the opinion of Bobur Miryokubov, Davron Kadirov and Kamoliddin Makhmudov, students of the Faculty of Finance and Economics. The students prepared a video and introduced the participants of the evening to the ‘magnificent ten’ national dishes of the Uzbek cuisine, which are definitely worth tasting to feel the gastronomic beauty and national traditions of their homeland.

All participants had an unforgettable culinary journey: pilaf, kazan-kabob, samsa, shish kebab, manty, lagman, shurpa, dymlyama, mashkhurda, naryn. On parting, the students agreed to meet at a masterclass on the national cuisine of Uzbekistan.
