On June 12, 2012, in the Assembly hall of Polotsk Collegium a solemn meeting of the University Council took place. The meeting was devoted to the jubilee of the outstanding scholar of PSU, professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of pipeline transport, water supply and hydraulics Vladimir Lipsky.
The Meeting started with showing of the film about the life of the outstanding scientist. The Chairman of Novopolotsk Executive Committee Natalia Kochanova, the Rector of PSU, Dmitry Lazovsky, the representatives of University Faculties, the University Council members, colleagues, friends, and students congratulated Vladimir Lipsky on his jubilee.
