The Department of Constitutional and Criminal Law traditionally holds an international conference dedicated to discussing issues related to the digitalization of various areas of legal regulation.

- Trends in the development of the information society: theoretical and legal context
- Experience and stages of e-government formation in the Republic of Belarus and foreign countries
- Artificial intelligence technologies in legislative activity and law enforcement
- Information technologies in public administration
- Information technologies in local self-government
- Digitalization and human rights
- Trends in criminal policy in the context of digitalization
- Criminal law risks in the context of digitalization
Scientists, practicing lawyers, faculty members of educational institutions, graduate students, and master's students are invited to participate.

Format of the event

Registration procedure
In order to attend the Conference, you must register via the link before November 18, 2024, inclusive.
Procedure for submitting materials
Articles (up to 7 pages) should be sent by November 25, 2024 (inclusive) to the email address: indicating in the file name the LAST NAME in Russian (or English) and the mandatory note "for the conference."
Requirements for article formatting
The deposition (electronic collection) of the scientific articles submitted by participants is planned for 2024.
