Student Center
The Student Center of the educational institution "Polotsk State University" was established in 2002 to support student initiatives, develop student self-government, and as part of the implementation of the International TEMPUS JEP project "Creation of a Student Support Service at Polotsk State University." The activities are regulated by the Regulation on the Student Center of PSU, approved by the university rector.The PSU Student Center unites and coordinates the university's student services, clubs, and public organizations.
In its work, it relies on the traditional forms of student self-government at the university and actively uses the studied and generalized experience of creating student services in Western European universities.
The primary objective of the activities is to optimize the student management system, implement innovative initiatives, promote public engagement, foster national awareness, foster social maturity and accountability, and elevate the intellectual and cultural capabilities of students.
The main task of the Student Center at PSU is to supply students with information regarding their work and to offer opportunities for a variety of regular activities of student services, societies, and public organizations.
Student Center of PSU:
- Provides opportunities for the realization of creative ideas, social and constructive potential of university students by supporting existing student services, clubs, and public associations, creating new interest-based formations, and assisting in their activities
- Promotes close collaboration and mutual support among the various services within the Student Center of PSU, as well as fostering interaction with university departments and other relevant parties and organizations.
- Provides information to university students and the public regarding student organizations that facilitate extracurricular activities.
- Facilitates the publication of student mass media

Directions of activities
Directions of Student Center Activities
The main directions of the PSU Student Center are:
- Facilitating the broad dissemination of information to students regarding all processes taking place within the youth environment, while providing opportunities for their active engagement in these processes.
- Establishing conditions conducive to the development of leadership skills and the cultivation of value orientations among students.
- Ensuring order and promoting conscious discipline within the student community by implementing a structured system of service and self-service.
- Fostering a commitment to a healthy lifestyle among students.

The Coordinating Council of the Student Center of PSU oversees the coordination of the combined activities of all student organizations within the Student Center and regulates its processes.
