Volunteer centre

The volunteer centre of Polotsk State University is a free-will student’s and staff’s union of the university who tends to carry out different voluntary activities.

The aim of the volunteer centre is to improve a high moral standing among volunteers by promoting ideas of volunteer work for society and solving socially important problems (due to participation in social, ecological, humanitarian, cultural and educational projects and programmes).

Volunteer centre objects::

support of voluntary initiatives;
promotion of overall development among volunteers, formation of their active life position;
broadening extracurricular activities sphere and volunteers’ secondary employment;
volunteers’ participation in projects connected with helping socially vulnerable population, environment protection and other activities;
accumulation and broadening of experience and ideas of volunteer movement development.
